however, this is in fact a 𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚏-referential map to the actual piece: a conceptual autological sculpture handcrafted by the artist and embedded as a series of nested folders within the image

the fractal mirrors the encoded file structure consisting of 3 branches and 6 layers of recursion; the piece ultimately contains 730 copies of it𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚏
